The Youth Centre in Gjakova is a member of the e.p.a. network and it is run by a self organised group of young people and is registered by the Ministry of youth, culture and sports. It provides a space for young people and is open to all ethnic groups. They are invited to debate on topics of interest. Our aims were:
• To get to know the situation of young people in a very young state: Kosovo, especially Roma,
• To explore and discuss the possibilities and challenges for young people to participate in building a civil society
• To share good practice and encourage each other in our commitment for youth empowerment and Human Rights
