Workshop 1: The Greek situation - Our hosts outline the current state of the phenomenon
Youth Violence: its roots in social exclusion, its expression and effects.
Workshop 2: Youth violence and social exclusion. How social injustice (societal/ structural violence), wars and global downturn effect young people?
Workshop 3: (How) Can Human Rights Education be an antidote? An introduction to
Human Rights with playful methods.
Preparation of Project Market: Each participant completes a poster of their project
Project Market ... Each participant presents a common aspect of their work.
Night walk to the old city.

Project visits and Play Actions with children and young people in three communities in Thessaloniki.

Workshop 4: Violence towards Roma and other minority groups - How the concept of all
equal all different can support our work?
Workshop 5: Gender roots in Violence. What differences are there - and why? - between boys
and girls, when it comes to Violence?
Workshop 6: Just Play! How play actions in violent communities can encourage young
people to jump over walls and change behaviour.
Workshop 7: International Youth Exchanges as an opportunity to de-learn violence.
